2019年欧洲汉语教学协会全体会员大会 – The 2019 General Assembly of European Association of Chinese Teaching

根据欧汉会章程第7条关于会员大会的规定，两年举行一次全体会员大会。本届常务理事会决定于2019年4月12日晚七点整在爱尔兰都柏林大学孔子学院大楼会议室举行欧洲汉语教学协会（以下简称欧汉会）第二届全体会员与理事大会。

大会议程如下：

1.审议并通过欧汉会主席所做的工作报告

2.审议并通过欧汉会司库所做的财务工作报告

3.关于修改欧汉会有关章程条款的提议

4.选举并产生第三届欧汉会理事成员

5.选举并产生第三届欧汉会常务理事成员

6.有关欧汉会未来两年发展的提议和建议

7.会员提问及发表意见和建议

敬请电子邮件确认是否能够前来参会，共商欧洲汉语教学发展与前景。参加欧汉会与都柏林大学孔子学院联合主办的第二届欧洲汉语教学国际研讨会的会员，请务必参加本次大会。

The 2019 General Assembly of European Association of Chinese Teaching

Announcement

European Association of Chinese Teaching (hereinafter referred to EACT), by following its article 7^th “General Assembly” of the Constitution, will hold, under the decision of the current Executive Committee, its 2^nd General Assembly in the Conference Hall of the Confucius Institute of the University College Dublin, Ireland, at 7:00 pm, on April the 12^th, 2019.

The agenda of the Assembly is as follows:

1. Deliberation and approval of the Work Report by EACT’s Chairman
2. Deliberation and approval of the Financial Report by EACT’s Treasurer
3. Proposals on modifying certain regulations details in the constitution of EACT
4. Voting and Election of the 3^rd Council members
5. Voting and Election of the 3^rd Executive Committee members
6. Proposals and suggestions of EACT’s development EACT in the next two years
7. Questions & proposals from all members

Please confirm your participation by email to the discussion of the prospects and the development of Chinese Teaching in European Context.

It is clearly known that all the participants of this 2^nd Symposium of EACT, co-organized by EACT & Dublin Confucius Institute, will have to attend this General Assembly except previous personal absence notification to EACT secretary.
