The second international seminar of the European Association for Chinese Teaching on the theme "Regional and international in the construction of Chinese second language teaching disciplines" was organized by the European Association for Chinese Language Teaching and its Irish chapter in collaboration with the Confucius Institute at the University of Dublin.The aim is to follow the previous seminar on "European Chinese Teaching Traditions – Opportunities and Challenges", and to continue to explore the construction of European Chinese second-language teaching disciplines from a multi-angle and multidisciplinary perspective, starting with the personality and commonality of the construction of the second language discipline and with colleagues in Europe and the world.In particular, from the regional and international development of disciplines to explore the personality and commonality of the whole discipline construction, further promote the european Chinese second language teaching discipline construction, promote and enhance related research, strengthen the construction of European Chinese teaching disciplines, but also for the global Chinese second language teaching colleagues to provide a cross-regional platform for mutual exchange.The forum will be held at the Confucius Institute at the University of Dublin, Ireland, from 12 to 13 April 2019.The forum languages are Chinese and English.

Forum online registration and payment
All teachers who have submitted abstracts to the General Assembly should have received an e-mail notification from the General Assembly review unless the deadline was missed.Now the general assembly online registration has been opened.The Conference also welcomed the presence of scholars who had not submitted papers but were concerned about the topics of the Forum.
All participants (including those who submit papers) must complete their online registration and payment by Thursday, 28 February 2019.
On-site registrations are not accepted at the conference.Unless there are exceptional circumstances, the registration fee of the General Assembly will not be refunded once it has been paid.
Fees related to participation
Seminar registration fee: 100 euros for non-European Chinese language teaching members (25 euros for European Chinese teaching members).Registration fees include meeting materials and lunch and tea breaks during the meeting.Other costs are self-inflicted.

REGISTRATION FEE FEE
The health register fee is 100 euros (for EACT members, it is 25 euros). The fee includes the sor, snack lunch, and tea and coffee. The participants will will cover all other costs themselves.
